TDD belt

TD BELT DOUBLE CONCATENATED (TDA ,TDD).Characteristics: High tensile strength. Closest mesh. Smooth carrying surface. Greatest density and compact structure. Straight travel. These belts are woven of pairs of spiral wire. Thus the open area is decreased and the weight is increased. It is rod reinforced. The close mesh and the smooth surface make it most efficient in the carrying of small parts and for the support of plastics, dough and products that would be marked by a more open mesh. - - BELT TDA DOUBLE BALANCED: For very high temperatures. Construction: Double spiral in left and right sequence not hinged, with connecting rod (pre crimped or straight). Compared with TN are less prone to elongation and lateral deformation. Compared with TC have a more open mesh. BELT TDD BALANCED MULTI WIRE: Construction: Single torsion spiral hinged with reinforcing rod inserted trough the hinge as TVT, of which they have the same characteristics increased by the double spiral wire.
